I joined Clarity Partners in March 2025. Originally starting my career in sales in Ireland, I fell into recruitment, like many people do. I later worked in recruitment in Melbourne before deciding to make the move to Perth. Since joining Clarity Partners, I’ve had the opportunity to specialise in interim and contract finance recruitment, working with both clients and candidates across a wide range of industries.

I specialise in interim and contract finance recruitment, helping businesses secure finance professionals for temporary, fixed-term and project-based assignments. This includes roles across transactional finance through to qualified accountants and senior finance leaders.

I partner with organisations ranging from SMEs through to large corporates, across industries including mining, engineering, construction, manufacturing and professional services. Typical roles I recruit include Assistant Accountants, Management Accountants, Financial Accountants, Finance Managers, Financial Controllers and a range of project-focused finance professionals.

What I enjoy most about my job is that no two days are the same. I enjoy the fast pace of contract recruitment and the ability to provide solutions quickly, whether that’s helping a client fill an urgent gap or supporting a candidate into their next opportunity. Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates is the most rewarding part of the role.

I’m particularly proud of the relationships I’ve built across both clients and candidates, and of establishing myself within the interim and contract finance market. Seeing candidates I’ve placed go on to secure permanent opportunities, and becoming a trusted partner to my clients, has been especially rewarding.

What I enjoy most about working at Clarity Partners is the culture. Coming to Perth alone from Melbourne, it was incredibly easy to settle in and build friendships. There are a lot of high performers in the team, which keeps me motivated, and being able to leverage the team’s established Perth relationships has been a real advantage.

Outside of work, I enjoy getting out for a run and making the most of Perth’s great weather. When I’m not training, I’m usually catching up with friends or trying out new cafés and restaurants.
