I joined Clarity Partners on 15 January 2026. Having spent most of my career as a Management Accountant I recently made the move into recruitment, as I was ready for a new challenge. It’s been both exciting and challenging in equal measure.

I specialise in qualified finance recruitment, working with a range of clients across mining, construction, retail, manufacturing and not-for-profit organisations.

What I enjoy most about my job is starting to build relationships with both candidates and clients. I also really value how varied the role is, no two days are ever the same, and it’s been great for me to step outside of my comfort zone of numbers and accounting.

One of the things I’m most proud of so far is how much I’ve learned and grown in such a short space of time. While I still have a long way to go, I’m proud of the progress I’ve made and of being able to contribute to the team by making placements early in my recruitment career.

What I enjoy most about working at Clarity Partners is the people. The friendships I’ve made here and the culture of the team are what make it such a special place to work.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, going to the beach, cooking and spending time at the pub.
