I was one of the first to join Clarity Partners, coming on board around October 2024.

I fell into recruitment, after starting out in sales. I previously worked alongside Aaron and Anthony at my former company, and when they decided to start Clarity Partners, joining them was an easy decision.

I specialise in qualified finance, covering all things accounting. I primarily work with clients across mining (predominantly in WA), along with a smaller mix of not-for-profit organisations, healthcare providers, construction and property businesses.

What I enjoy most about my job is the social aspect. While it can sometimes be one of the more challenging parts of the role, working with people is what makes it rewarding. The sheer volume of interactions with a wide range of individuals is both interesting and fulfilling.

One of the things I’m most proud of in my career so far is how much I’ve developed professionally. My understanding of the finance industry, the language I use, and my confidence when engaging with CFOs and senior finance leaders has grown significantly. I’ve gone from being a not-so-well-spoken Aussie bogan to a slightly more articulate Aussie bogan, which I’ll happily take.

What I enjoy most about working at Clarity Partners is the culture. It’s exceptional, and I genuinely enjoy coming into work every day, through the good times and the challenging ones.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me enjoying a few “creamy ones” at Durty Nelly’s, watching the footy, or travelling whenever I get the chance.
