Luke Fletcher.

I joined Clarity Partners in November 2023. In a previous life, I worked in sales and marketing, focusing on onboarding clients, driving revenue and improving productivity. Recruitment ended up being a natural fit for me as it brought together a lot of those skills. I worked across a few agencies before meeting the management team at Clarity Partners, and when the opportunity came up to join and help grow the business, I didn’t hesitate.

I specialise in Allied Health and Dental recruitment. I typically work with private clinics, dental practices, aged care facilities and healthcare providers, recruiting for roles across Dentistry and Allied Health.

What I enjoy most about my job is speaking with people, building relationships and working closely with the team. It’s always rewarding to be able to provide solutions that work for both clients and candidates.

One of the things I’m most proud of in my career is my ability to shift across industries and learn how to recruit in a wide range of markets. I’m also proud of my persistence and ability to stay positive through the ups and downs that come with recruitment.

What I enjoy most about working at Clarity Partners is the people. Everyone in the office is genuinely great to work with, and it makes coming into work and collaborating every day a real pleasure.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing video games, watching movies, and staying active through the gym and sport.
