My career has taken me through Marketing, IT and Business Systems before progressing into operations. Along the way, I realised that what I enjoy most is understanding how a business works as a whole, bringing people together and finding practical ways to improve how things are done.

At Clarity, I focus on making sure our people, systems and processes work well together. From helping new starters get comfortable with our technology to improving workflows and finding better ways of doing things, I enjoy identifying what could work better and turning those ideas into practical improvements that make everyone's day a little easier.

Throughout my career, I’ve led major systems projects, supported teams through change and helped create environments where people can do their best work. What I find most rewarding is seeing those improvements make a lasting difference, whether that’s solving a frustrating issue, simplifying a process or helping someone feel more confident using a system.

Joining Clarity appealed to me because it gave me the opportunity to help shape the operations of a growing business. Just as importantly, the positive and supportive culture stood out from the start. I enjoy being part of a team where people genuinely want to help each other succeed and where there’s room to keep improving as the business grows.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, keeping up with technology, watching movies and playing video games.
