After moving to Australia, I was looking for a role that matched my skills and experience, which led me into recruitment. Over the next two and a half years, I worked my way up through the industry before seeing a fantastic opportunity to join Clarity Partners.

I specialise in blue-collar trades recruitment, focusing on the fixed plant maintenance, mobile maintenance, and civil and construction sectors. I work with a wide range of clients across the resources and construction industries, partnering with both owner-operators and contractors. Typical roles I recruit include Mechanical Fitters, HD and Drill Fitters, Boilermakers, Drainers and Plumbers.

What I enjoy most about my job is the people I meet. Every week brings new personalities, new challenges and new conversations, so no two days are ever the same.

One of the things I'm most proud of in my career is the progression I've achieved since starting fresh in Perth. Going from a Trainee Consultant to Associate Partner in just three years has been incredibly rewarding and reflects the opportunities this industry can provide.

What I enjoy most about working at Clarity Partners is the ambition and positivity across the business. Everyone genuinely wants to succeed and support each other along the way, creating a fantastic culture.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me attempting to play golf (with mixed success), following Norwich City whenever they're playing, or catching up with my partner and friends over the weekend.
