After studying International Business at Loughborough University, I started my career in recruitment and quickly found I enjoyed the mix of relationship building and the commercial side of the industry. I went on to help establish a healthcare recruitment division in my previous role, which gave me the experience to build a desk from the ground up.

My focus is developing our healthcare offering across Australia, working with public and private healthcare providers on their permanent and locum recruitment needs. I recruit across a range of medical specialities, including Psychiatry, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Emergency Medicine, Anaesthetics and Radiology, as well as nursing and allied health.

For me, the best part of recruitment is definitely the people. I enjoy getting to know clients and candidates, understanding what they're looking for and finding opportunities that work for everyone.

Healthcare recruitment is particularly rewarding because the work we do can have a genuine impact on healthcare services and patient care. I'm also proud of the relationships I've built and the progress I've made growing healthcare recruitment desks from scratch.

What I enjoy most about Clarity is the team culture and having the opportunity to take ownership of what I'm building. It's great being part of a team that is motivated, supportive and always looking to grow.

Outside of work, I'm a big fan of sport and like to keep active. You'll usually find me playing padel, trying a new sport or planning my next trip. I also enjoy exploring new places and spending time with family and friends.
