Nina Startseva.

I joined Clarity Partners in March 2026. With over 13 years of international recruitment experience across the Middle East and Europe, I relocated to Perth in early 2026, bringing a strong background in cross-border engineering recruitment. Joining Clarity Partners felt like a natural next step and an exciting opportunity to help build something meaningful within the WA procurement market.

What I enjoy most about my job is the moment when exceptional talent meets the right opportunity. It’s incredibly rewarding to play a part in both a candidate’s career journey and a client’s success story.

One of the things I’m most proud of in my career is building new recruitment desks from the ground up across three different countries.

What I enjoy most about working at Clarity Partners is being surrounded by ambitious people. The energy across the team makes a real difference every day.

Outside of work, I recently relocated to Perth from the Netherlands with my partner and young daughter, so most of my time is spent settling into life here and exploring Australia.
