I joined Clarity Partners in August 2025 after making the move from England to Western Australia. It was an exciting opportunity to start a new chapter, both professionally and personally.

I've worked in recruitment for around four years. My journey to Clarity began when a friend introduced me to a Rec2Rec consultant, who told me about the business, its vision and the culture the team was building. It immediately stood out to me, and I knew it was the right place to continue growing my career.

I specialise in Mining Engineering recruitment, partnering with clients and candidates across a range of technical and leadership positions.

I primarily recruit white-collar mining professionals, including Mining Engineers, Planning Engineers, Senior Mining Engineers, Alternate Managers and a variety of leadership and management roles. I work closely with mining companies to connect them with talented professionals who can make a genuine impact on their operations.

What I enjoy most about my job is working within an industry that plays such an important role in Western Australia's economy. I enjoy building genuine relationships with clients and candidates, helping bring the right people and opportunities together. Knowing I've played a part in someone's career progression or helped a business strengthen its team is incredibly rewarding.

One of the things I'm most proud of in my career is making the move from England to Australia. Relocating to a new country and establishing myself professionally has been a fantastic experience, and joining Clarity Partners has made that transition even more rewarding. Being part of such a supportive team while working in an industry I'm passionate about has been a real highlight.

What I enjoy most about working at Clarity Partners is, without a doubt, the people. Everyone genuinely wants to see each other succeed, and there's always someone willing to share advice, offer guidance or lend a helping hand. The collaborative culture and approachable leadership make it a great place to learn, develop and enjoy coming to work each day.

Outside of work, I'm a big sports fan and enjoy both playing and following football, basketball, and tennis. I also love getting outdoors for a hike, exploring new restaurants with friends and spending time in the gym. Staying active and discovering new places are my favourite ways to unwind.
