Sylwia Mroczkowska.

I started my career as an accountant in public practice after studying Economics, majoring in Accounting and Financial Management. After four years working in accounting, I moved into recruitment to take on a more people-focused, client-facing role. I've now spent four years recruiting across the UK, New Zealand and Australia, covering financial services, investment banking, legal and logistics.

At Clarity, I specialise in Public Practice recruitment, working with candidates from Graduate Accountants through to Senior Accountants and Managers. Having worked in accounting myself, I understand the profession from the inside out and enjoy using that experience to build strong relationships, offer honest advice and help people find roles where they can grow.

I enjoy the people at Clarity, the ambition across the team and having the autonomy to build my own network. Since relocating from Brisbane to Perth, I've been getting to know the local market and building new connections.

Originally from Poland, I spend my time outside work swimming, unwinding in the sauna, trying new matcha spots, going for walks and catching up with friends.
