Clarity Partners is looking for a Cyber Analyst to join a major Cyber Security Program focused on strengthening security capabilities and delivering key cyber initiatives across a complex technology environment.
About the Role
This 12-month contract will see you contribute to a range of cyber security projects, working across areas including privileged access, patching, backups, SIEM and SOC. You’ll work closely with multi-skilled, multi-vendor teams and contribute to security uplift and WA Cyber Security Policy compliance.
What You'll Do
- Deliver cyber security projects and initiatives across a complex technology environment
- Support security uplift across privileged access, patching, backups, SIEM and SOC
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and multi-vendor teams
- Support the implementation and improvement of security controls
- Contribute to cyber security risk and compliance activities
- Assist with initiatives aligned to WA Cyber Security Policy requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and technical teams to support successful project delivery
- Provide clear reporting, documentation and communication across cyber initiatives
You’ll Ideally Have:
- Previous experience in a Cyber Security or Cyber Analyst role
- Strong understanding of cyber security principles, threats and vulnerabilities
- Experience with security monitoring, incident investigation and response
- Ability to analyse security events, logs and alerts effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach to your work
- Relevant cyber security qualifications or certifications will be highly regarded
