5x Loader / Excavator Operators – Crushing
We are seeking 5 experienced Loader / Excavator Operators to join a crushing operation. These roles are suited to operators with experience in crushing circuits, loader operations and rockbreakers who are available to mobilise ASAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Feed the crushing plant safely and efficiently.
- Load Moxy dump trucks.
- Manage and maintain stockpiles.
- Operate loaders and/or rockbreakers in a production environment.
- Monitor crushing circuit performance and maximise throughput.
- Adjust cone crushers and feeder speeds to optimise production.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, productivity and equipment care.
About You
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant, consistent experience operating loaders and/or rockbreakers.
- Previous experience working in a crushing environment.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a production-focused operation.
- Availability to complete a Pre-Employment Medical (PEM) and commence ASAP.
Highly Desirable
- Current Pre-Employment Medical completed within the last 12 months.
- Previous Bobcat operating experience.
- Demonstrated experience operating and optimising a crushing circuit.
