With a strong reputation for technical excellence, safety, and long-term client partnerships, you'll become part of a highly skilled team working on critical equipment that keeps major operations running.

This is a hybrid role offering the best of both worlds—working from a Perth metro workshop while also supporting FIFO site work as required. You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, repairing, and fault-finding on hydraulic and pneumatic systems, with exposure to a diverse range of equipment and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic faults across a variety of equipment
  • Complete workshop-based repairs and rebuilds to a high standard
  • Perform FIFO site work, including breakdown support and planned maintenance
  • Interpret hydraulic schematics and technical drawings
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures

  • Experience servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding hydraulic systems
  • Strong understanding of fluid power and pneumatic systems
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Previous mining, resources, or heavy industry experience will be highly regarded
  • Willingness to travel for FIFO site work as required

Why This Role

  • Earn up to $60/hour, plus workshop penalties and site uplift rates
  • Hybrid position combining Perth workshop and FIFO site work
  • Long-term contract opportunity with consistent hours
  • Diverse work across hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Join a respected engineering business with a strong pipeline of projects
  • Supportive team environment with opportunities to further develop your technical skills
