Clarity Partners is currently seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter / Maintenance Coordinator to join a civil and mining contractor based in Bibra Lake, WA.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in heavy equipment parts interpretation, purchasing and inventory management, who is comfortable working closely with workshop and field service teams.
About the Role
Working within a busy Bibra Lake workshop, you'll be responsible for coordinating parts, maintaining stock levels and supporting the servicing and maintenance of mobile plant equipment operating across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source parts for heavy diesel and earthmoving equipment.
- Order spare parts, filters and service kits for mobile plant machinery.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability and deliveries.
- Maintain inventory records, stock levels and parts registers.
- Prepare service kits for workshop and field service technicians.
- Raise purchase orders and coordinate parts procurement.
- Assist with preventative maintenance scheduling and service planning.
- Maintain equipment service records and work orders.
- Work closely with workshop supervisors to minimise equipment downtime.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter, Parts Advisor or Parts Coordinator.
- Strong knowledge of mobile plant, heavy diesel or earthmoving equipment.
- Experience sourcing parts for machinery such as CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi or similar equipment.
- Good understanding of parts catalogues, filters, service kits and mechanical components.
- Experience with purchasing, inventory management and stock control.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using computer systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Previous mining, civil construction or heavy equipment industry experience.
- Current manual C Class driver's licence.
- Forklift licence and basic first aid certificate.
