Clarity Partners is seeking an experienced TechnologyOne Implementation Specialist to join a purpose-driven organisation based in Canning Vale. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a major finance systems improvement project, helping strengthen the organisation's budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
About the Role
Working closely with the Finance Manager, CFO and TechnologyOne team, you'll take a hands-on role in implementing the organisation's budgeting and forecasting system. From reviewing requirements and validating system configuration to testing, training and implementation, you'll help ensure the new system is ready to support the upcoming financial year budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of TechnologyOne budgeting and forecasting functionality.
- Work with Finance and business stakeholders to understand requirements and improve budgeting processes.
- Review system configuration, identify gaps and ensure the solution meets business needs.
- Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing and resolution of any issues.
- Support the development of budgeting workflows, reporting and forecasting capabilities.
- Prepare training materials and provide guidance to finance teams and budget users.
- Document processes and ensure a smooth handover of the system to the internal team.
About You
- Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing TechnologyOne or similar ERP budgeting and forecasting solutions.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and financial processes.
- Experience translating business requirements into system specifications and practical solutions.
- Practical experience in system testing, user acceptance testing and process improvement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident working independently while collaborating with senior finance stakeholders and external vendors.
- Excellent documentation, training and knowledge-sharing skills.
- Experience within a community-focused organisation will be highly regarded.
